Over 50 thousand Citizens used the Remote Notary Service

The remote notary service is becoming more popular year by year. There were 47 998 powers of attorney recorded via skype within 2016 and 6 982 applications were confirmed by the same means last year.

In comparison to 2015, the statistics of notary acts for 2016 increased by 5%. The total number amounts to 1 481 575.

The citizens more often apply to notary offices for authentication of certified translator's signature on the translated document. There were 446 923 such acts in 2016. Other statistics is as follows: certification of the copy document - 295 911; certification of the power of attorney - 247 015; certification of authenticity of signature – 213 927; the issuance of certificate of succession - 27 198 and so on.
